We want every EMFAD learner to be genuinely satisfied. Because our products are digital courses with immediate access, our refund terms balance fairness to students with protection against misuse. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. The 7-day satisfaction guarantee

If a course is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course lessons. This gives you ample room to judge the teaching style and content quality — beyond the free preview lesson every course already offers.

2. When refunds are not available

Refunds are not available where: more than 7 days have passed since purchase; you have completed 20% or more of the course; a certificate of completion has already been issued; the course was purchased at a promotional discount explicitly marked non-refundable; or the account shows evidence of abuse (such as repeated purchase-refund cycles or content downloading followed by refund requests).

3. How to request a refund

Email info@emfadcourses.com from the email address on your account, with the course name and your order reference. Briefly telling us what didn’t work helps us improve, but is not required. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and, where approved, process the refund immediately.

4. How and when you receive your money

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days of processing. We cannot refund to a different card or account than the one used for purchase.

5. Duplicate and erroneous payments

Accidentally charged twice for the same course, or charged an incorrect amount? Contact us with both transaction references and we will refund the duplicate or difference in full, regardless of the 7-day window.

6. Courses withdrawn by us

If we permanently withdraw a course you are enrolled in without providing equivalent replacement content, you may choose between transferring to another course of equal value or a pro-rata refund.
