This Intellectual Property Policy explains who owns the content on www.emfadcourses.com (the “Website”) and how you may use it. The Website and its courses are operated by EMFAD Enterprise Limited, trading as “Emfad Courses” (“Emfad”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

All content on the Website and within our courses – including videos, text, graphics, images, slides, quizzes, downloadable materials, logos and the “Emfad Courses” brand – is owned by Emfad or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase or enrol in a course, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view that content for your own learning. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

If you submit content to the Website (for example reviews or comments), you retain ownership of it but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with the Website and our services.
