Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you may cancel an order or enrolment with EMFAD Enterprise Limited, trading as “Emfad Courses” (“Emfad”, “we”, “us” or “our”). It should be read together with our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
1. Cancelling before you access a course
If you have purchased a course but have not yet started it, you may request to cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, in line with our Refund Policy. Contact us at info@emfadcourses.com with your order details.
2. Cancelling after you access a course
Because our courses are digital and made available immediately, once you have substantially accessed a course (for example, completed a significant portion of the lessons or downloaded materials), the sale is considered fulfilled and cancellation for a refund may no longer be possible. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
3. Cancelling subscriptions or recurring payments
If you are enrolled in a plan with recurring payments, you may cancel future renewals at any time from your account area or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund payments already made for the current period unless required by our Refund Policy or applicable law.
4. Cancellations by Emfad
We may cancel an order or enrolment where a payment fails, where fraud or a breach of our Terms & Conditions is suspected, or where a course is withdrawn. If we cancel a course you have paid for and cannot provide a suitable alternative, we will refund you.
5. How to cancel
To cancel, email info@emfadcourses.com or call +254 710 783 351 with your name, order number and the course concerned. We aim to acknowledge cancellation requests within 2 business days.
