All course materials, videos, text, graphics and the Emfad brand are owned by Emfad or our licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access purchased content for your own learning. No other rights are granted.

5. Consequences of breach

If you breach this policy, we may suspend or terminate your account and access to courses without refund, remove offending content, and take further legal action where appropriate.
