Capstone project: Supply Plan for a Regional Hardware Distributor

Plan how a Nairobi hardware distributor will source one imported product line and supply it to shops in three towns. Run a paper tender with three suppliers and a scored evaluation, and calculate landed cost using Incoterms. Set reorder points and safety stock for the warehouse. Design delivery routes, estimate cost per delivery, and present a supplier, stock and logistics dashboard in Excel.

You work through the capstone after the courses and confirm it in your learner area.

Track certificate

You receive a certificate of completion for each course as you finish it. The certificate for the whole track is issued when every included course is complete (all lessons done and all quizzes passed) and you have confirmed the capstone project. It is a certificate of completion from EMFAD Courses, not an accredited qualification.

Track team packs

The same track for a group of named learners, each with their own sign-in. The team admin receives a progress report by email every month. Larger groups, or orders of USD 10,000 or more: ask for an enterprise quote with invoice and bank transfer.
